BATH, United Kingdom

A Season of Light
Sing in the Heart of Bath this Advent
27–29 November 2026 | Bath, United Kingdom
Join us for an unforgettable musical weekend in the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage city of Bath as we celebrate the First Sunday of Advent with A Season of Light.
Over three inspiring days, you'll rehearse in St Michael's Church and the Michael Tippett Centre, under the direction of acclaimed conductor Tori Longdon (London Philharmonic Choir, WorldChoir, Coronation Choir). You'll sing alongside the professional singers of KONEKTO Vocal Ensemble and award winning children's choir Voices for Life, culminating in a magical candlelit concert at the beautiful historic church of St Mary's Bathwick.
Our 2026 programme, A Season of Light, explores the beauty, hope and joy of Advent through a carefully curated selection of European Christmas carols and seasonal choral music. Participants will rehearse and perform this inspiring repertoire as part of the final candlelit concert on the First Sunday of Advent.
More than just a singing weekend, this is an opportunity to experience the festive atmosphere of Bath, meet fellow singers from around the world, and enjoy a weekend filled with music, friendship and Christmas spirit.
As part of the weekend, you'll also enjoy our legendary Ugly Christmas Jumper Party and a festive guided walking tour of Bath with KONEKTO co-founder Melanie Dirbach.
Whether you're an experienced choral singer or simply passionate about great choral music, we look forward to welcoming you for a truly memorable Advent experience.
